Three-stage expand/contract forming drum for quicker production and higher quality of high end tires. These special purpose machines are already being used in the production lines of well
known tire companies like CHENG HSIN TIRE CO., LTD and KENDA RUBBER INDUSTRY CO., LTD. In the first stage the drum expands for lining to adhere and bead wire to be put in place. In the second stage the drum continues to expand to adhere tread rubber which is carved, followed by the third stage in which the drum contracts for the truing process and eventual release of the tire. In comparison with traditional two-stage vulcanizing methods, this method is easier to operate and yields a more balanced tire.
Newly designed and patented Lip Rolling Mill-Traditional lip rolling requires the operator to roll the tread by hand, resulting in air bubbles and overspill of adhesive; a general lack of uniformity in the vulcanizing process. With the application of special pressure rollers this machine forces out any bubbles between layers, resulting in a stronger bond and maximizing vulcanization quality.
Newly designed and patented Seamless Bead Wire Insulator- During tread carving this machine locates the bead wire insulation precisely, expelling bubbles and enhancing vulcanization.
